Online Users (Cellphone, Tablets - Not In Store)
Your online players can register in store. There are two types of accounts they can register. How it works:
Cash - Online Players
Customer comes in store, you register them in store for Cash or EFT.
Cash online players load their credits in store and cash-out in the store they registered - This remains the responsibility of the reseller.
EFT - Online Players
EFT Players buy-in and cash-out through a Secure EFT Payment Portal only, they do not cash in or out in-store.
Additional charges to the retailer are incurred when offering an EFT Option to your end users.
All online users registered under a reseller's account remain on that seller's panel. Users are then able to play from any location yet remain your customer.
E.G If someone has registered an online account in your store but they have relocated i.e from Durban to Cape Town, or even overseas, they're still able to play, provided they have a South African bank account.

How Does It Work?
Major, Minor & Mini Jackpots are paid in-store and Resellers are responsible for payment
The Grand Jackpot is linked within all stores, once it's been hit, all stores share the cost, depending upon which store it lands.
GV Global obtains the payment details of the winner and makes payment from Head Office
Progressive Jackpots are only available in-store at sit down terminals, this encourages feet in the door.
When the Grand Jackpot hits, the TV Displays will announce which location has won the prize and amount countrywide.
